The Situation
We needed to migrate from Magento 2 Commerce to Shopify. Collins Deban was running 2 sites through the Magento 2 platform. While it was functional they were facing challenges with the system and wanted to focus on improving the mobile experience, growing online sales, and move to a new eCommerce platform that's easy to manage, requires less infrastructure, and the opportunity to scale.

With a large amount of catalog data collected over the years and running dual stores the first process in the Magento to Shopify migration was to clean up the data structure & apply all the Magento / Shopify mappings In order to be able to optimally display the variety of products, the individual product variants should be shown on the category pages as well as on the product pages

As Shopify Partners, we successfully re-platformed Collins from Magento to Shopify under a tight deadline refined the customer experience for the increasing mobile visitation, implemented Klaviyo email marketing flows, and continue to support them through our Shopify retainer services.
